Choose the value

Pick one of the set values or an amount of your own. Each value shows what it covers, worked out from a base at 349 CZK and a charm at 89 CZK. Special charms cost 149 CZK.

350 CZK A base Any charms are paid for separately.
500 CZK A base and one charm
750 CZK A base and four charms We recommend this one.
1,000 CZK A base and seven charms
1,500 CZK A base and twelve charms

Your own amount: Any amount from 300 CZK to 10,000 CZK, in steps of 50 CZK.
Validity: 9 months from purchase, until the date shown next to the voucher code.
Delivery: By e-⁠mail as a PDF, right after payment. Print it or send it on.

How the gift works

The voucher is sold on our Czech page. At each step, the Czech words you’ll see there are in bold, followed by what they mean.

Choose the value

Under Vyber hodnotu poukazu (choose the voucher value), pick an amount or Vlastní částka (your own amount). Set Počet poukazů (number of vouchers) and click Pokračovat do košíku (continue to basket).
Add a personal message

In the basket, fill in Jméno a příjmení (full name), e-⁠mail and Telefon (phone). Pro koho je dárek (who it’s for), Od koho je dárek (who it’s from) and Věnování (message) are optional, and we print them on the voucher.
Pay

Tick Souhlasím s obchodními podmínkami (I agree to the terms and conditions) and click Zaplatit (pay). You pay securely through Comgate, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, QR code or bank transfer.
The voucher arrives by e-⁠mail

Right after payment, it arrives as a PDF, ready to print or send on. It’s valid for 9 months, and like the checkout, it’s in Czech.

Who the gift voucher is for

A friend, a sister, a colleague, your mum or your daughter. For a birthday, for Christmas, for an anniversary or just because. You don’t have to guess her size or her taste: she chooses for herself from hundreds of charms with us at Mečová 6. The voucher is electronic and arrives by e-⁠mail right after payment, so it’s ready even at the last minute.

01 How do I use the voucher?

In person at our charm bar at Mečová 6. Just show the voucher on your phone or printed out and give the code before you pay. It can be used for anything we offer at the time.

02 What if I choose something worth more than the voucher?

You simply pay the difference on the spot, in cash or by card.

03 And if it costs less?

The voucher is redeemed once, for its full value. Any unused part isn’t refunded in cash and can’t be used later, so at the counter we’ll help you use up the full value.

04 Can I return the voucher?

Yes. You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, even if the voucher has already arrived by e-⁠mail. Use the withdrawal form on our website (in Czech) or write to info@talisman-brno.cz.
